I am fond of doing exercises especially like badmintion. This week, I met my cousin Jack at my grandparent's home. He is a middle school student so he is much taller than me.

He invited me to play badminton with him, and I was excited. Later, I found that we were not in the same level, and I quit. I didn't want to play with him anymore.

After several minutes, My aunt asked my cousin to say sorry to me. He told her that I was too weak to play with him and that's not his fault.

I was angry so I fought with him. I don't want to make friend with him anymore!

對於實習，這就意味著大學的生活要結束了。當我帶著一份既欣喜又緊張的心情來到實習的學校時，我真實的感受到了實習的難，新的環境，新的身份，不一樣的心情，但我有信心可以很快適應這裡的.環境，認真工作的。

8月27日，經過了幾天的調整，瞭解，我正式實習上班了，主要工作是先跟著任課教師到各個班級聽課，指導教師張老師雖然不是教英語的但卻是很熱心的幫我安排聽英語老師的課。當我第一次走進教室時，面對著黑板和同學們，我彷彿又回到了高中生的時代。但這次卻是以一位實習教師的身份來到這個教室，感到非常緊張，不過還好我現在只是聽課，即使心理緊張，同學們也不會看見。開始上課了，我調整好緊張的心態，認真的聽老師講課，如何以簡潔明瞭的方式講解英語語法，如何以流利的英語帶動同學們積極的思考。課間，當有老師或同學和我打招呼時，我會微笑著和他們打招呼，老師和同學也會熱心的幫助我，我也虛心受教，不斷總結自己，積累經驗，因此和老師、同學們相處的很融洽。每天積極認真的到各個班級聽課，到每個班都會有不一樣的感受，心理總是在想教師真是一個偉大的職業。

就這樣，一週的實習時光結束了，回顧一週來在學校的工作，我覺得很充實，學到很多東西，我有信心可以順利完成實習工作。

Mostly, I went to school to have lessons this week. It was hard but we must experience, wasn’t it? But on Saturday I finished my first learning. And the second learning will begin on Aug 1st. 本次八年級英語月考從試卷上看考察知識面較廣，題型較豐富，靈活運用程度接近會考。題的難易程度適中。題出得比較好，但學生答得不好，高分不多，平均分較差，主要存在以下幾方面問題：

1。聽力測試失分原因學生平時不習慣背誦句型，課文等，再加上沒有聽力材料練習，故失分嚴重。

2。選取題失分原因學生對知識點的掌握不準確不紮實，再加上審題不仔細，導致學生自我認為會得題沒有拿分。

3。完型填空和閱讀理解學生失分最多。原因是學生詞彙量太少看不懂，更不能正確理解文章資料。

4。補全對話失分因為學生不能按平時的指導去做，把握不住做題要領。

5。動詞運用題學生沒有到達靈活運用，平時練得少。

6。寫作潛力太差，平時練得少，教師指導的也不夠。

今後的教學我想從以下幾方面改善：

1。提高課堂教學質量，備課必須要充分，教學方法靈活多樣。

2。加強課下對學生的追蹤力度，採用“兵教兵”“兵追兵”。

3。加大對重點知識的練習力度，練得學生一看就明白答案。

4。完型填空和閱讀理解，補全對話平時多加強對學生的'做題指導，主要是方法指導。每一天讓學生背十個單詞，翻譯五個句子。

5。寫作方面多練多批多改。

6。對學生進行做題技巧訓練，避免因粗心錯題。
