大家好!

我是八年級(3)班的英語老師，首先歡迎各位家長的到來。藉此機會，我想應該給各位家長談一下孩子們在這一個學期的情況。

開學初，本班學生在中缺乏積極性，自覺性差，凡事都要不停地反覆的督促。佈置的任務不能及時的完成。而八年級的英語教材相較三、四年級，又有所變化，起初孩子們沒有找好學習的切入點，所以我們在座有些家長就反映孩子的英語成績較之前有所下降。一學期下來了，在強化課堂教學，抓好課堂效益上，我結合教材和學生的多方面情況，做了以下一些工作：

1、八年級英語在聽、說、讀、寫方面的要求更加重要，我們儘量在課堂上幫助學生掌握知識，開展活動，讓他們在不知不覺中張口說英語。比如我們班莊園，王輝，錢勇，曹旭成，王聲康，許雅文等同學，每節課的知識和作業都能當堂掌握和完成。

2、興趣是最好的老師。英語課中多是一些情景對話，我們常常設定一個情境，讓學生進入其中，以表演的.形式學習新知，樂在其中。如李傑，葛宇，逗號，潘建如，李浪，張朋順，周揚名，吳家佩，花尉揩，沈培歡等同學，經常表演和惟妙惟肖，讓人忍俊不禁的同時，其他同學也加深了對課文的理解。

3、孩子們都是要強的，我們舉行各式各樣的比賽，讓他們自發地要求進步。最近我們開展一對一的擂臺賽。孩子們學習的積極性高漲。如張峰瑋與莊園同學之間，楊冬煦和潘康同學之間，你追我趕，共同進步。我們也進行了一些簡單的測試，有很多同學較開學初都有很大的進步。尤其是張影，張自豪，劉俊傑，李傑，鮑勝凡，潘國光，呂文豪等同學。我們班同學，優秀的學生不僅成績好，在英語表達能力上也有提高，學習有困難的學生也不氣餒，一直在努力地向前衝。學習英語是為了以後能與人用英語交流，平時有積累，最後就能收穫成功。讓我們一起為孩子們營造一個開心快樂的學習氛圍，真正讓孩子們相對學的輕鬆，紮實，有效。

Every one has his own I was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own now ,when I am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot.

I have got quite different experience from other e they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .I was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong ing could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an ,of course ,I'm an athlete,I'm so proud of that all the time .

When I was 10 years old ,I became a shot-put training was really hard ,I couldn't bear the heavy shot in my hands I always believe that "god only help those who help themselves"ng those hard days,I find I was growing more quickly than others of the same be an athlete is my most correct ,I quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse.I really didn't want to stop my sports career anyway.

My favorite book is (Italian: Cuore). This is a diary written by an Italian boy Enrico. The diary is about his life and study. It included various touching stories that happened around Enrico, the mottos taught by his parents, as well as the wonderful ten "monthly" stories told by his teacher during the class. Every word in the chapter describes the word "love". From patriotism to friendship, and to the love between parents and child -- really touching.

This novel taught me how to love, and how to learn from love. I really like this book very much. How about you? What is your favorite book?

八年級是國中三年中最重要的一年，因為八年級是學生成績兩極分化非常嚴重的一年，成績好的同學越好，而成績差的同學越差。有些同學想等到九年級才認真學習，想提高成績，考入重點高中。但由於八年級基礎較差而心想事不成。那麼，如何使自己的成績一如既往並有所提高呢？這就需要我們同學養成良好的學習習慣。古今中外的大量事實證明：一個人成功與否，主要不是因為他的智力，而是取決於他是否具備良好的學習習慣，因此我們必須注重良好學習習慣的養成。渴望在學術上有所建樹，那麼，就請你儘早養成良好的學習習慣。在學校的學習中，一個良好學習習慣主要包括：預習習慣、上課習慣、複習習慣、自我提問的習慣、“不恥下問”的習慣、利用工具書的習慣。

1、“凡事預則立，不預則廢”。預習是首要的環節。預習的目的在於對將要學習的知識有個總體的瞭解，以便上課時有目的的聽講，集中精力解決好新課的重點和難點。所以，學習新課前必須預習。預習時要逐詞逐句閱讀相關學習內容，聯絡以前所學過的相關知識，深刻理解本節課知識的重點和難點，畫出哪些地方不會，並及時做好記錄，為下一節上課做好充分的思想基礎。良好的預習習慣的養成，並不是一朝一夕的努力就行了，需要每天堅持預習。同時，在預習的時候應做到看、做、思相結合，做到眼到、手到、心到，不能把預習當作任務來完成，而要將它看作是學習新知識的一個重要環節來看待。

2、上課是學生掌握知識的主戰場。上課的時候，課前要準備好所需用的`課本、筆記本、作業本、工具書等，課上要認真專注地聽老師的講解和同學們的發言，要積極和老師配合，隨時跟上老師的思路和節奏，積極回答老師提出的每一個問題，對分組討論的問題要積極踴妖，敢於發表自己的意見和見解。同時，要養成一個善於記錄課堂筆記的習慣，要記錄學習的要點、學習新得、以及老師對教材的補充和延伸，以便逐步加深和更正自己對新知識的理解，不斷提高自己的自學能力。

3、課後複習是對知識的鞏固和消化過程。課後一定要進行及時鞏固複習，對課上所學習的重點、難點知識進行反思、總結，哪個地方會了，哪個地方還不會。

4、善於自我提問的習慣。從某種意義上講，學習的過程就是一個不斷提出問題並不斷解決問題的過程。善於提出問題，是自學能力強的標誌之一。5、“不恥下問”的習慣。有些同學有了問題，自己解決不了，又死要面子，不肯問人，這樣問題越積越多，學習就會陷入被動局面。

6、利用工具書的習慣。要解決那些自己不能解決的問題，除了向老師、家長和同學請教外，還可以利用工具書求得解答。學生都要備有必要的工具書，特別是《新華字典》《英語詞典》。

行為養成習慣，習慣造就性格，性格決定命運。我們每個人的心田好比一塊神奇的土地，播種了一種思想，便會有行為的收穫，播種了行為，便會有習慣的收穫，播種了習慣便會有品德的收穫，播種了品德，便會有命運的收穫。可見，良好的習慣對人生的確太重要了。習慣是一種能量的儲蓄，養成良好學習習慣的人，要比那種沒有養成良好習慣的人以及養成不良學習習慣的人具有較大的潛在能量。
