意思:最好的 【bollocks 胡說】

用法:“That bacon sandwich I had this morning was theabsolute dog’s bollocks.”

意思:便宜到沒朋友。。

用法:“Where did you get that TV?” “Oh, I just found it on eBay, it was cheapas chips.”你在哪兒買的電視機? 我在ebay上買的,真的是很便宜。

id lunch

意思:午餐喝酒不吃飯

用法: “Mate, I’mabsolutely battered, I had a liquid lunch andnow I have to go back to work. I’ve fucked it.” 老兄,我現在真的很崩潰。中午喝了酒沒吃飯,現在卻要工作了。

cricket

意思:不對的,不公平的。

用法:“I can’t believe Barry leftjust before it was his turn to buy a round, that’s justnot cricket.”

1. Knackered [ˈnækəd] - tired/exhausted

2. Cheesed off - angry 生氣

3. Put a sock in it - keep quiet 保持安靜

4. Pissed- nope this isn’t mean someone is angry but it means they’re drunk. 不是某人生氣的意思,而是喝醉的意思。

5. Pants - undergarments/underwear, NOT trousers 內褲
